Recovery is where adaptation happens.

Each session you complete creates a stimulus, how you recover determines how well you adapt. These evidence based recovery protocols have been developed by the HP3 multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, endurance coaches, nutritionists, psychologists, chronobiologists, sleep coaches and S&C specialists; all to help you recovery smarter.

Every protocol alights with the type, duration and intensity of your training, as well as your phase of preparation (Base, Build, Peak, Race or Transition). They balance the need for effective recovery with the preservation of key adaptive signals, ensuring you continue to progress while avoiding blunted training responses.
