Health and performance are one system. We coach both.

Endurance coaching for road and trail runners, ultra athletes, triathletes and cyclists, led by your coach with a clinical and sport science team behind them. Draw on as much or as little of that team as you need, from your first event to the world stage.

What we do

Four services, one team, one plan.

Our approach is built on evidence and on our own published research, applied by people who coach and treat athletes every day. Start wherever you need to. Most athletes end up using more than one.

How we work

Your coach is one person. Behind them is a whole team.

Most endurance coaching is one coach working alone. That is fine, right up until you need something outside their expertise: a strength programme that fits around race week, a fuelling plan that survives hour six, a niggle that needs examining rather than guessing at.

At HP3 your coach stays your coach. Behind them sit physiotherapists, strength and conditioning coaches, physiologists, nutritionists and psychologists, all working from the same plan and the same data. You draw on them when you need them, and you do not pay them any attention when you don't.

That is what clinically-led means here. Not that every session is a clinic appointment, but that when a question needs a clinical answer it comes from inside your own team, and it changes this week's training instead of costing you the season.

Athlete story
“Tim has helped me adapt my training program to reduce injury incidence, which is the single greatest performance benefit most athletes can hope for. With his physiotherapist education and practice, as well as extensive personal and coaching experience, I have total confidence in the scientific accuracy of his advice.”

Getting started

Three steps, then the work starts.

01

A free conversation

Tell us about your event, your history and what you want out of the season. No charge and no obligation. If we are not the right team for it, we will say so.

02

An assessment

A performance assessment, and a clinical one where it is useful, so the plan starts from where you actually are rather than from a template.

03

One plan

Training, strength and any rehabilitation together in TrainingPeaks, reviewed every week and adjusted as your life and your body change.
