  • Purchase through the TrainingPeaks store. Your plan loads straight into your calendar and syncs to your watch or bike computer, allowing you to follow the workouts in real time.

  • Follow structured sessions with clear targets. Using TrainingPeaks you can analyse your workout data. Use the coaching notes and contact HP3 if you need guidance along the way.

  • Your training zones ensure you work at the correct intensity for you to avoid over training or injury, and get the most out of every session.
