Jessica Wilson
+ Full bio
Jessica is a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner through the Fitness Practitioners of Ontario (FPAO). With a BSc and MSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University and Staffordshire University respectively, she specialised in biomechanics and environmental physiology, with both her dissertations focusing on the physiological responses of ultrarunners in cold exposure.

She has long been involved in trail and ultrarunning, since 2008, running globally across various distances, terrains and environments. Spending as much time out in the mountains as possible, she enjoys any outdoor pursuit, getting out for long rides on her road and gravel bikes, or climbing when time and weather allow. She also enjoys playing tag rugby, just to mix things up.
Her love of sport has had her involved in both coaching and training for over 15 years, combining her knowledge as an athlete, her academic pursuits and certifications over the years (OFC-RHEP Personal Training, Athletics Canada, England Athletics, Skate Canada, Hockey Canada). She also has strong knowledge in working with athletes with chronic illnesses, especially IBDs, as she herself has ulcerative colitis, and understands the additional requirements that can be needed with training.
With her coaching, she wants to strike the balance of enjoyment and improvement, pushing boundaries and finding adventure in the everyday with her athletes.

Morgan Ogle
+ Full bio
With over 5 years of applied experience, Morgan holds an MSc in Strength and Conditioning from Loughborough University and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. She is currently the Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at Burnley College, working within a multi-sport environment with athletes of varying abilities and training ages. That multi-sport experience has allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the physiological demands that underpin high performance within endurance sport, and she uses this expertise to design evidence-based, performance-driven training programmes that enable athletes to meet the specific demands of their discipline and reduce the risk of injury.
Growing up in Australia, her passion for sport started from a young age, having played just about every sport going. As an athlete, the pinnacle of her career was playing Touch Rugby at international level.
Her focus has now shifted to endurance sport, training for half and marathon distance events. Having previously been an elite athlete, Morgan understands the added barriers that can prevent strength and conditioning from being a priority, which is why she places great importance on an athlete-centred approach: finding solutions that fit strength training into an already busy schedule.
