HP3 Premium Fabric Resistance Band Set — 3 Bands
£15.49

Engineered for performance. Built to last.

The HP3 Premium Fabric Resistance Band Set delivers three calibrated resistance levels in a single, portable kit — designed for structured training, rehabilitation protocols, and flexibility work alike.

Each band is constructed from a 55% polyester / 45% natural latex blend, combining the durability and comfort of woven fabric with the consistent elastic response required for progressive loading. An integrated anti-slip grip lining holds each band securely in position during use, eliminating the rolling and bunching common with standard latex alternatives.

The set includes three resistance grades, colour-coded in a tonal monochrome palette:

  • Light (Light Grey) — 5–10 kg (10–25 lbs). Suited to warm-up sequences, activation drills, and early-stage rehabilitation.

  • Medium (Dark Grey) — 10–20 kg (25–45 lbs). Appropriate for moderate-intensity strengthening, Pilates, and general conditioning.

  • Heavy (Black) — 20–30 kg (45–60 lbs). Designed for advanced loading, glute and lower-limb work, and high-resistance training.

Each band features a sewn HP3 rubber logo patch for brand identification and orientation.

Band dimensions: 38 cm × 8 cm (15″ × 3¼″) — a width profile selected to distribute force evenly and reduce soft-tissue discomfort during loaded movements.

All three bands are supplied in a black mesh drawstring carry bag for storage and transport. Compact enough for a gym bag, clinic, or travel case.

Care instructions: Cold water hand wash only. No bleach or fabric softener. Air dry thoroughly. Store folded in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight to preserve latex integrity.

  • Three calibrated resistance levels — Light (5–10 kg), Medium (10–20 kg), and Heavy (20–30 kg) for progressive training from rehabilitation through to advanced conditioning.

  • Premium fabric construction — 55% polyester / 45% natural latex blend for consistent elasticity, durability, and comfort against the skin. Not a cheap rubber band.

  • Anti-slip inner grip — Textured lining holds the band in place during loaded movements. No rolling, no readjusting.

  • Wide, non-roll profile — At 38 cm × 8 cm, the band distributes force evenly and stays flat, reducing pinching and soft-tissue discomfort.

  • Clinical and gym-grade versatility — Equally effective for physiotherapy, Pilates, yoga, CrossFit, and home or gym-based strength work.

  • Suitable for all levels — Three resistance grades accommodate beginners, intermediate, and advanced users, men and women.

  • Portable and packable — Supplied in a black mesh drawstring bag. Light enough to carry anywhere.

  • Easy care — Cold hand wash, air dry, store flat. No specialist maintenance required.
