BIKE FITTING
A data-driven bike fit using the Retül 3D motion-capture system, led by Tim Pigott: IBFI Level 4 certified fitter and chartered physiotherapist. Clinical assessment and bike adjustment in one process.
Delivered at Worsley Physiotherapy Clinic, Manchester. A standard fit takes around two hours and costs £200.
A PHYSIO-LED FIT
Before you are measured on the bike, a physiotherapy screen assesses your range of movement, flexibility and biomechanics. Those findings shape your position just as much as the fit data does.
After the fit, follow-on physiotherapy or strength and conditioning exercises help you hold your optimal position, with further adjustments as your riding evolves. Tim is also one half of The Cycling Physios, educating bike fitters worldwide.
THE FIT PROCESS
Every fit follows the same physio-led process: assess the rider first, measure the ride, then optimise the position.
