How it works:

Assessment
We begin by assessing your current strength and conditioning abilities with a series of tests you can do at home or in the gym. Get your FREE TrainingPeaks test week plan here then download the test week plan (use code ‘Free’) and complete the relevant assessments.

Analysis
Your HP3 coach will analyse your data from your benchmark testing and movement screen to identify your strengths and weaknesses, using this data to create your unique training plan. We then build this around your training constraints.

Planning
Your plan is delivered in TrainingPeaks. Each session includes clear exercise selection, sets/reps/intensity guidance, and a video demo for each exercise.

Performance
Plan buyers: Follow the plan independently. Upgrade to monthly coaching if you want ongoing adjustments.
Monthly coaching: Rolling updates every month, check-ins every week.
