These protocols were developed by the HP3 multidisciplinary team: physiotherapists, endurance coaches, nutritionists, psychologists, sleep specialists and S&C coaches.
Each one balances effective recovery with the preservation of key adaptive signals, so you recover smarter without switching off the response you trained for.
